lol my comics are so messy, why do I bother?
The landshark is unrelated to the rest of the page/comic. Oh whups, I forgot Ignatius' fire-crest/hair and I swapped Ferrin's features around. Bad Samantha, not using refs for new characters.
It baffles me that I have no trouble drawing cute little sticker-worthy graphics of our DnD character but when it comes to actually important/piratey character I end up fucking around for hours and having nothing to show at the end of it. Argh!
Pokemonathon preview! :D I totally forgot I had these lying around. I'm up to, uuuhhhh, Beedrill with the sketches, I guess. Gotta redo a few that aren't up to scratch. I reckon I'll do non-favourites in inkwash (?) but I love so MANY generation one pokemon... T_T
Had life drawing class again today! It was actually kind of boring because there was less drawing and moar endless natter. I don't know how someone can spend, like, two paragraphs worth of words to say "draw a framework" but now I've experienced it. When I find the camera I'll post photos of the decent ones (the ones that look like something). Our puppy dog got hold of the most abstract one today and ripped it apart. She really needs to learn to be more constructive with her critiques.
