Kissybook deadline!

Don't you just hate it when you finish all the colouring and shading and realise it'd be so much better without all the work you'd just done? ;p

I finished a writing up a prac report at 8pm today and... dammit. I thought that thing would maybe take a couple more hours and only be maybe 4 pages long. :| But no. It was 12 pages when I finished plus cover sheet. DDD:

At least it's done! :D

Hokay! Trying to make this a weekly and ontheweekend thing, at least. BUT! There isn't really any new arts this week. Not even sketches! D: SO instead I'm going to pull random old things off'f the harddrive. Sounds like a plan.



His name's Enthalpien. These days he's the unwilling noble-turned-navigator on a ship full of people several rungs below him on the social ladder. Weird to look back at where he started.



Old old inksketch of Samael, Angel of Wrath/Vengeance. Technically he only has one firey snakey-sword but, um, swords are cool? Man, I haven't even (mentally) looked sideways at the angels in months.


Again. I made coloured booksmarks for my textbooks out of this.


Lucifer and Lillith (drawn in China!). Lucifer's another angel in the same vein as Samael. I love these two so much. D: I lost the original of this sketch at uni a while back. :/


One of my first year physics lecturers! I hear he cut his hair.


In other news, I have a job (at IGA)! And a headache (since yesterday afternoon). Did my first shift this morning and it was pretty okay. I didn't kill anyone/thing and got to work a register omg. :O

Semi-inaugural sketchblog artpost!

Inaugural because this is the first entry in this journal as a sketchblog! Semi- because, er, it was a journal before this. :B Finally I have gotten around to doing this like I've been saying I would for mooonths.



Leading in with the inks to my Kissybook submission~! Wish I had something nicer to show but, uh, nup. :|




Work-in-progress submission for the Kissybook Project. I'm not sure where to go from here. D: I guess just shading and come up with a simple background.




ACEOs that I've been drawing in class when I'm bored. Not finished yet - they still need touch up inks and colours...




Sketches off of lecture notes. There's not many thanks to drawing ACEOs instead. Lessee: random wings/bird emblem, a tribal-ish mask dude and a goat monster. Of course goat monster!




I've totally been playing too much Guild Wars the last couple weeks. My mesmer character, Cray. Mesmers use Illusion/Chaos magic to manipulate their enemies = awesome idea but kind of a hard class to play. D:




Messing around in sketchbook with ideas for a supernatural demi-deity -type creature/s for a comic. There's some other stuff but these came out best though they totally don't fit the bill. :/
